ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION OF THE COMMUNITY HOUSE OF NORTHERN HlLL.5 SUBDIVISION, UNIT ONE
We, the undersigned natural persons of the age of twenty- one (21). years or more, at least two of whom are citizen11 of the State of Texas, acting a11 incorporators of a corporation under the Texas Non-Profit Corporation Act, adopt the following Arti<:le11 of Incorporation !or such corporation:
ARTICLE ONE
The name of the corporation is THE COMMUNITY HOUSE OF NORTHERN HILLS SUBDIVISION, UNIT ONE.
ARTICLE TWO
This corporation is a non-profit corporation.
ARTICLE THREE
The period of its duration is perpetual.
ARTICLE FOUR
The purpose or purposes for which the corporation is organized are:
To acquire, control and manage a community meeting place and community recreation facility for the benefit of the owner, of the lots in
NORTHERN HILLS SUBDIVISION. UNIT ONE, Bexar County, Texas. and to do all and anything necessary and proper for that purpose.
ARTICLE FIVE
The membership of the corporation shall comprise all the owners of all the lots in NORTHERN HILLS SUBDIVISION, UNIT ONE, situated in
Bexar County, Texas, with the single exception that this corporation shall not be considered to be a member and shall not be afforded any of the rights here granted to all other lot owners. There shall be one membership for each lot in the subdivision (except the lot owned by this corporation). and each membership shall. for identification purposes, have the same number as the lot number of the lot to which it corresponds. Membership can be conveyed only by the conveyance of its corresponding lot, and the conveyance of any lot automatically shall convey its corresponding membership, no reference to the membership in the conveyance document being necessary.
ARTICLE SIX
The street address of the initial registered office of the corporation is 8S20 Northmont, Convene, Texas 78109, and the name of its initial. registered agent at such address if Marvin H. Merkel.

ARTICLE SEVEN
The number of Directors Shall by fixed by the By- Laws of the corporation, provided there shall be no less than three (3) and until changed
by the By-Laws there shall be three ( 3) and the names and addresses of the persons who are to serve as the initial .Directors are:

The Board of Directors of this corporation shall also constitute a Planning Committee to carry out the responsibilities of the Planning Committee provided for in the Restrictions and Covenants of NORTHERN HILLS SUBDIVISION UNIT ONE, Bexar County, Texas, which are recorded in Volume 6299, Page 494 of the Deed Records of Bexar County, Texas, a copy of which document is
attached and incorporated herein for all intents and purposes and made a part hereof.
