 Manual Monthly Payment

You will receive an invoice every month and will manually have to pay the invoice online. The annual fee will be divided by 12 months.

This is the default payment method and frequency for all member, unless you have directed us to bill you differently.

Auto-Payment

Similar to how you pay for a streaming service, you will be set up to be automatically charged for your monthly dues on an annual or monthly basis. We need to adjust your next invoice to be recurring, and you will have to pay that invoice via PayPal to accept the recurring charges.

Please contact us and we will manually make the change to your account.

Alternative Billing Cycles

If you would like, we can change your invoicing to once a year, or quarterly. This helps save some time of having to pay the dues every month.

Please contact us and let us know your property address(es) so we can manually make the change to your website invoicing preferences.
