Do I have to pay membership dues?
Yes. Per the governing documents, all property owners are required to pay dues.
I did not receive an invoice. Do I still have to pay?
Yes. You were informed of the HOA and the dues upon closing of your property. Even if you do not receive an invoice or reminder, the dues are still due on the first of any month.
Can I pay my dues by check?
Yes. If you are more comfortable paying by check, you can continue to do this. Be sure to indicate the property address which you are sending a payment for.
Can I pay online if I don’t have an email address?
Yes. If you do not want an email address, you can pay online with a credit card without needing a PayPal account for one-time payments.
We do encourage you to get a free email address, as with a web account you can see a dashboard with pending payments and past payments. You can also enroll in automated payments with an email address.
If you have an Android phone or iPhone, you have an email address. You can also sign up for a free email address on websites like: Hotmail, Yahoo, or Gmail.
Can the HOA control who parks in the street?
No. The streets are public property. If someone is illegally parked, you may be able to report it to the sheriff, but if they are legally parked, they can continue to park in place.
I forgot my username. How can I login to my Member Dashboard?
You can try logging in with the email address you set with the HOA. You can attempt to do a password reset with that email address. Most usernames are the first initial + the last name, but some usernames may vary from this, You can also contact us to ask us for your username.
I am new to the HOA. How can I get a web account?
Please contact us so we can manually make a website account. Once logged in, you can view upcoming and past invoices, and download “paid” receipts.
You can also request to be set up for automatic monthly payments for your HOA dues if you have a PayPal account when paying your invoice online; manual set up by us is required to get started.
