Invoices Going Online

As part of building the HOA website, we are offering online payments of your HOA dues. You can manage all billing history online, starting from today. History from before today will require asking the Secretary directly.

We are summarizing all past due balances into on invoice, rather than making an invoice for each month and each property. You can make partial payments on past due balances to show you are attempting to remedy the balances.

For future invoices, if a person owns more than one property, we are listing each property on one monthly invoice. We could, if needed, make an individual invoice for each property but we imagine that would make paying invoices one-by-one labourious.

Online Invoices will have privatized, un-guessable URLs, allow for subscription-like auto payments, have a dashboard for users to see their invoices privately, online payment through PayPal.

Online Invoicing requires an email address.

Keep an eye on your email accounts, including in your junk folder, for invitations to login to your online member area.
